We are brand operators and have deep experience within the ecommerce landscape.

And Our mission is simple: to grow your independent retail business, while saving You time.

  • We’ve experienced the pain of collecting reorders from independent retailers (hey, they hate the reorder process too!) and have heard the same frustrations again and again from every brand that is selling to retailers:

The reorder process is such a manual process - it can take two weeks and 25 emails back and forth just to collect a reorder from an existing retailer, I don’t have time for that!
— CPG Brand
The independent retail channel takes up 60% of my time and accounts for 15% of my business. And with marketing being so expensive, this channel an absolute must for us to generate sales and get more eyeballs on our product.
— Personal Care Brand
That sh*t (reordering) sucks. It takes so much time and we always forget to reach out to the brand telling them that we need a reorder until the product is out of stock.
— Sporting Goods Retailer
Rewarding loyal B2B customers is important to me since competition is so intense now. But properly implementing any sort of loyalty system is such a manual process - I need to write down who I owe a discount to.
— Apparel Brand
  • Vanik will help you solve the above problems and streamline the retail retention process, making it easier for brands to get time back and make more money - all while delivering a better experience to retailers.

So how do we do this? Vanik sends smart email reminders to your retailers based on their previous order history when it’s time for them to reorder. If a retailer wants to reorder, they are taken to a pre-populated landing page with their previous order where they can adjust the order on their own and check-out, without you needing to send an invoice. And after the purchase is complete, you can reward their loyalty (with a discount on a future order for example).

We didn’t think that it was fair that brands selling DTC have software solutions to help automate the retention process, but brands selling to independent retailers don’t. So we decided it was time to change that.
