This Privacy Policy describes how Vanik (“we” or “us”) collects, uses and discloses personal information when you visit our Website (www.vanik.io) or subscribe to, install or otherwise use our product, application and services (collectively the “App”). This privacy policy relates to all of our business activities, unless we have provided you with a separate privacy policy for a particular product, service or activity. Meaning of Personal Information
“Personal information” means information about an identifiable individual. This information may include, but is not limited to, your name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, country of residence and state/province of residence.
Personal information does not include information where there is no serious possibility that it can be used to identify an individual, whether on its own or in combination with other information, or personal information that has been anonymized or aggregated such as to be considered anonymized information or no longer personal information under applicable laws.

Types of Personal Information we collect
We collect your Shopify store details as configured in Shopify, including your name, email address, products, phone number, and address.
We also receive your wholesale order details from your Shopify store, including order names, retailers name, retailers email address, retailers previous orders, retailers address/phone number, tags and order total.
Website
When you visit our website, we collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies installed on your device. We also collect information that you submit to us on our Website forms, including your name, email address, Shopify store details and other information. Additionally, as you browse the site, we collect information about the pages or products viewed, which websites or search terms referred you to the site, and information about how you interact with the site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”
Third Parties
When you install one of our products through a third-party marketplace such as Shopify, we collect your store name and shop domain, along with your email address. You may also integrate our App with other services you use, so as to allow you to access, store, share and edit certain content from a third-party through our App. The information we receive when you link or integrate our App with a third-party service depends on the settings, permissions and privacy policy controlled by that third-party service. You should always check the privacy settings and notices in these third-party services to understand what data may be disclosed to us or shared with our App.
Google Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics to collect information to maintain and improve the use of our Website. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit the website, which pages they visit when they do so, and which pages brought them to the site.

We generally use the personal information and Device Information we collect to provide the App, to comply with our contractual obligations, and to support our legitimate interests in maintaining, improving and advertising the App. Below are specific purposes for which we use the information we collect.

We share your Personal Information with the following third parties to help us conduct our business and support our customers as described below.

We also share your information with third party service providers who provide products and services that we use to operate our business, such as payment processing, email services, marketing campaigns, and surveys.

How Long We Retain Your Data
We keep client purchase records for five years and analytics records for five years.
Protecting your rights

You may make a written request to access, correct or delete any personal information about you that we have collected, used or disclosed, and we will provide you with any such personal information to the extent required by law. You may also challenge the accuracy or completeness of your personal information in our records. We will not charge you any fees to access your personal information in our records without first providing you with an estimate of the approximate fees, if any.
How We Protect Your DatA
We follow generally accepted industry standards, including encryption, to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of online transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
European Residents
If you are a European resident, we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example, if you make an order through the site) or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to the U.S. and Canada.
